About Amrit Dhara

The main objective of this project is to safeguard Govt School students from contaminated water which develops health hazards in a long run among young students. Students cannot attend school when symptoms of sickness come out. Apart from biological contamination, it is found that several schools have water sources with a huge percentage of metal contamination like Iron. PH level is often found unhealthy in some water samples collected from school.  To avoid such incidents Bhavishya Bharat installed 04 water plants in Government Primary and Secondary schools of Hyderabad Telangana.

Springshed

The main objective of this project is to increase the discharge of spring water, rejuvenate the spring water and the livelihood of the community in the area. The project aims at solving problems related to five natural resources i.e. land, water, forest, livestock and human.

According to the NABARD authorities, there is an acute scarcity of water for irrigation purposes and discharge of the springs in the watershed is also decreasing in the area while reduced availability of fodder has caused less livestock production.

In order to tackle these problems, they have proposed to construct farm ponds which will increase the availability of water for irrigation purposes. They also suggested groundwater recharge activities such as recharge ponds, trenches, etc.
